Our Sustainability Results 2025
We are proud to present our Sustainability Report 2025. In this anniversary year, in which we celebrated our fifth anniversary, we took important steps together with our partners towards a future-proof supply chain in which our care for people and nature is central.
Better together
Since our start, we have believed that sustainable progress is only possible through close collaboration. In 2025, this conviction once again took centre stage, with a clear focus on both deepening and scaling our sustainability initiatives.
In this report, we highlight key achievements:
- We achieved 100% social certification across all our growers, strengthening fair working conditions throughout our supply chain
- We made strong progress in responsible water management, with 79% of our high water-risk volume now certified
- We actively contributed to nature restoration, including a concrete project in the Doñana region in Spain
- We launched our Nature Impact Programme, giving us better insight into risks such as water scarcity and biodiversity loss
- We deepened our supply chain insights, analysing risks and opportunities in products such as blueberries from Peru
- We expanded our social impact, growing our food forest programme from 6 to 11 schools in Peru
